Egg avocado sandwich is among my favorites to sandwich in bread pieces. I’ve posted my recipe for an Indian style egg sandwich made with spices. Another attractive aspect of the egg sandwiches is how easy it is to prepare it. It’s quick to make however, it’s distinct and offers the protein that you require to boost your diet.
Avocado is a different fruit that is nutritious which has the buttery texture. It is delicious when paired with bread. There were many days when I would eat a slice of white bread along with avocado slices and sprinkle a little sugar to top it off. This is my standard sweet avocado sandwich that I enjoy in the midst of my hectic days. When I am able to cook eggs, I create this tasty and delicious sandwich made of eggs that I have fried.
I have a close friend who loves avocado like I do. There were moments when we would chat via phone and tempt each other with avocado-based meals. For my friends who haven’t tried the fruit, I’ve introduced them it by making an avocado-based milkshakes or sandwiches. The fruit is now available for purchase. My online friends can create this sandwich right now and then send me your comments.

Two slices of bread made from whole grains. If you’re gluten-free or keto, use the bread you love and which you know will work well with grilled cheese sandwiches.
Vegetables. A handful of green leaves from spinach a bit of tomatoes, and don’t forget to include the garlic. It will be a great idea!
An egg that has been fried. I like to fry my eggs on both sides because when I’m having an egg that is runny and I’ll also be suffering from anxiety, so I fry it both sides is my preference. Make your eggs in any way you like them – scrambled, or hard-boiled are also good choices!
Something pickedled. This is optional but I love the flavor it imparts Pickled jalapenos, pickles or any other you prefer.
Mozzarella cheese. Shredded mozzarella cheese is not required and is also a great addition to this recipe.
Avocado. We’ll use avocado as the spread in our delicious Avocado Egg Sandwich.
HOW to make this AVOCADO EGG SUNDRY SANDWICH FOR BREAKFAST
Make sure to fry the egg from both sides or cook it however you want. If you are able to hard boil some eggs, it’s extremely simple to make this sandwich for several days.
Then, top one slice of bread with garlic, avocado and minced. Then mix the avocado and spread it on the slice of bread.
Place the egg on top, then add the pickles (or pickled jalapenos) slices of tomato along with the spinach and mozzarella cheese.
Then top it with the second slice of bread, and toast each side until it is golden on a hot skillet. I would suggest adding olive oil into the pan, and making use of a non-stick pan.
Slice it in half and Enjoy!
