But, some vendors are now selling the bread omelette flavored that is made with finely chopped vegetables and cheese. It is yummy and adults would like to eat it this way. If you’re looking to make it, you can mix all the vegetables, spices, and cheese in the order you prefer together with eggs.)
Prepare a large pan or griddle at a medium-low temperature. Butter or grease it and pour a spoonful of egg mixture on top and put it on top.
Then, spread the bread slice over the egg mixture on the left and another one on the right.
Cook for approximately 30 seconds. Utilizing a large spatula to gently flip the eggs and bread slices. Now, the bread slices will be able to touch with the surface of the pot.
Cook for an additional 30-40 seconds until the bread becomes crisp and golden brown. Fold the egg in such a way that one slice of bread is between the two and the omelette sits sandwiched between the two, making a great sandwich.
Serve it with ketchup, mint chutney or green Chutney. Yummy!!
Instead of putting the bread on top of the eggs, toast the bread separately and prepare an omelette in separate portions. Then, you can put together the sandwich and then enjoy.
